E.J. Dealy is CEO of The Company Corporation, the Small Business Unit at Corporation Service Company® (CSC®), which incorporates tens of thousands of new businesses annually and provides ongoing compliance services to 200,000 companies located throughout the U.S. Dealy previously served as CSC’s vice president for corporate development. Before joining CSC, Dealy was president and chief operating officer at Insinger Machine Company, a privately held manufacturer of commercial dishwashing equipment. At Insinger, Dealy ensured the survival of the business and positioned the company for future growth. During four years under his leadership, Insinger built a management team that increased sales by 25% and led a turnaround that enabled the company to go from a net operating loss to significant profit. Also at Insinger, Dealy led company efforts to develop three new products in four years, including two patent applications, compared to the one new product developed in the 10 years prior. He also managed the company through a major crisis in which 20% of its manufacturing facility was lost due to a fire, while only missing one day of production. Dealy previously held consulting positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers and A.T. Kearney. In these roles he managed joint teams of consultants and clients through major SAP implementations at two Fortune 250® companies, and developed a strategic communication plan for an international sports organization. Dealy holds a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering and an MBA with distinction from Cornell University. He served as co-president of his business school class from 2002-2010. Dealy is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and serves on that group’s Executive Committee in Philadelphia. Dealy and his wife are small business owners in the healthcare industry.
