Amanda emulates the brilliant combination of organization, focus and passion in business. Her experience has come from years spent developing and executing management procedures, selecting and training key staff members, overseeing business operations, and building long-term strategies for future growth and sustainability. Amanda’s expertise shines in human relations and business growth and development. She spent seven years managing human relations at Food Safety Net Services, LLC, where she supported the opening of seven laboratories nationwide. She hired, developed, managed and supervised staff, while creating and implementing HR systems for more than 250 employees regionally and nationally. It was during this time that Amanda found her knack and passion to lead both individuals and companies to finding pathways to success. In 2010, Amanda followed her other passions of health and fitness to a new route. She served as the CEO for Alamo CrossFit, supervising 16 coaches and 250 clients. During her time there, she also held the position of chief operating director of Transition Possible, a non-profit organization with the mission to serve our nation’s wounded heroes through adaptive sports and fitness. The non-profit was the social mission of the gym and Amanda led the two in tandem to serve humans, both civilians and our military heroes, to become the best versions of themselves. She also tied her love of health and nutrition into a third entity, as she ran Naked Coconut Eats, a paleo food delivery company. As she led these companies, Amanda’s passion for business development, organization and growth continued to cultivate. She made a leap and teamed up with Jobim Zapico to found Performance Revealed. As the business consultant for the company, Amanda thrives in her role to find the issues that hinder businesses each day and support them in discovering solutions through analysis, discovery and processes for the individual and the team. Amanda Taylor received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio. She has been married to her husband, Patrick, for two years.
